How much does a website cost?+
It depends on the model. Template builds are fixed-price and budget-friendly; custom projects are quoted against design complexity, functionality and language versions. You get an itemized quote before we start, and it doesn't creep mid-project. See our Pricing page for how quotes work.
How long does a project take?+
Template builds: typically 1–2 weeks. Custom projects get a clear schedule at kickoff. Honestly, the biggest variable is usually how quickly content and approvals come from your side — fast feedback means a fast launch.
How does payment work?+
Typically a 50% deposit to start and 50% before launch. Larger projects can be staged, with stages written into the contract.
Should I use Wix, Shopify, or custom development?+
Short version: Wix for fast launches you can edit yourself; Shopify or Shopline for serious e-commerce; custom development for complex functionality or deep integrations. Not sure? Tell us the goal and we'll recommend the most cost-effective route — even if it's the cheaper one.
Isn't Wix just for basic template sites?+
A common misconception. As a Wix Studio Partner we use Studio plus Velo code to build member systems, bookings, dynamic content and third-party integrations. Much of what people assume 'needs custom development' runs perfectly on Wix — and is easier for your team to maintain afterwards.
Who owns the website when it's done?+
You do, entirely. On Wix, we transfer the site to your own Wix account — domain, content, admin access. Custom-developed projects include 100% of the source code. No lock-in to us or anyone else.
Do you work with clients outside China?+
Most of our clients are outside China — Australia, North America, Europe, Japan, New Zealand and more. Remote collaboration across time zones has been our default since 2017. Email, video calls, or WeChat; whatever works for you.
How do you handle English content?+
We write it, we don't translate it. Before writing, we study how leading companies in your industry present themselves in English — vocabulary, structure, what comes first — and write your content to that standard. Buyers can tell the difference in seconds.
Can you guarantee first-page rankings?+
No — and be careful with anyone who says yes. Rankings depend on factors nobody controls: competition, algorithm changes, your market. What we do is make everything you can control solid: technical structure, keyword architecture, indexability. And we show our work.
Is maintenance mandatory after launch?+
No. The site lives in your own account, so you can maintain it yourself, or pick up a care plan whenever you need one. Plenty of clients do a mix — self-manage day to day, call us for the bigger changes.
